Our 2025 speaker is Jack Pongyesva, Manager of the Intertribal Centennial Conversations group with the Grand Canyon Trust. In his position, Jack works to place Native voices of Grand Canyon’s 11 associated tribes at the forefront of education, stewardship, and economic opportunities — increasing Native presence within the Grand Canyon National Park and throughout the region. Jack is an FLC alumnus, having earned his degree in environmental studies and a minor in political science from Fort Lewis in 2017.
