Dorothy Elder, '22

Dorothy Elder (Journalism/ Political Science '22) was selected as Business Insider's 2026 social media and audience fellow. She'll work from BI's headquarters in Manhattan, where she'll help the publication run its social media accounts and adapt its audience strategy to meet modern readers where they're at. Business Insider has over 20 million followers across its social accounts, and she's excited to pitch and produce content that will help the outlet's award-winning journalism connect with readers. During her time at FLC, Elder was the Editor-in-Chief of The Independent student news organization during the 2021-22 academic year.
