Adonis Trujillo, '14
For Adonis Trujillo Adonis Trujillo (Management and Marketing, '14), his time at Fort Lewis College helped lay the foundation for a career centered on leadership, community, and impact. Graduating in 2014 with a double major in Business Management and Marketing, Adonis was deeply engaged across campus, serving as Vice President of the Society of Business Leaders and Club del Centro, and Treasurer of the American Indigenous Business Leaders. His contribution earned him honors including Magna Cum Laude distinction and Management Student of the Year. Today, Adonis brings that same passion for community to his role as a Senior Community Affairs Manager at Microsoft. Leading efforts across the U.S. West region, he works to build strong relationships between Microsoft’s datacenter operations and the communities they serve. His work focuses on advancing sustainability, supporting workforce development, and expanding educational opportunities. After FLC, Adonis earned his MBA from the University of Arizona’s Eller College of Management, where he focused on entrepreneurship and marketing. His career path has remained rooted in community engagement, including work in Indigenous data sovereignty and workforce development initiatives. From organizing student groups at Fort Lewis College to leading regional community initiatives at Microsoft, Adonis continues to exemplify the values of leadership, service, and connection that define the Katz School.
